EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, MAY 8, 2000

Thompson, Farber, and Motin

1. Call Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority was called to order at 6:48 p.m. by
President Dwyer.
2. The city administrator explained that the EDA has initiated legal action in order to
collect the balance due on a micro loan from Northstar Die Casting. The city
administrator reviewed the details of the pending litigation.

There being no further business, COMMISSIONER GONGOLL MOVED TO ADJOURN
THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
CARRIED 7-0.
The Executive Session of the EDA adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
