OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
As part of the annual business meeting, the City Council must
designate its official newspaper. The City must publish all
legal matters such as resolutions, ordinances, election
notices, budget summaries, etc. in the official newspaper. In
previous years the official newspaper for the City of Elk River
has been the Elk River Star News. This paper is distributed
free of charge to all homeowners within the Elk River area.
It is recommended that the Elk River Star News be designated as
the official City newspaper for 1993.
