SUBJECT: CALL EXECUTIVE SESSION
At the January 11, 1993, City Council meeting, a brief
discussion took place regarding the Main Street/Highway 169
road improvement project. During this discussion it was
indicated that the City and Earl Hohlen have still not agreed
upon a fair market price for his land that was taken for this
project. The City and Mr. Hohlen are moving through the
condemnation process, and as such, discussion on this issue
should only take place during an Executive Session of the City
Council. The Council requested this Executive Session to be
held when the City Attorney is present.

For Agenda Item 6.3., the Council is requested to pass a motion
calling for the Executive Session and adjourning the regular
City Council meeting. Following the Executive Session, the
Mayor will then reconvene the regular City Council meeting for
Agenda Items 8 through 10.
Following approval of the motion, the Mayor should call for a
recess of the regular City Council meeting.
