SUBJECT: BOARD OF REVIEW
The Sherburne County Assessor has tentatively set the date of
April 29, 1993, at 6:00 p.m. for the Board of Review
meeting. The City Council acts as the local Board of Revew.
The purpose of the Board of Review is to hear and settle
complaints of individual property owners regarding the
valuation on their property.
If April 29, 1993, meets with the Council's approval, a motion
should be made calling for a special Council meeting on that
date.

re-schedule an alternate date, The Department of Revenue requires a copy of the local Board
of Review proceedings within 10 working days of the Board of Review Meeting. You
MUST provide a clerk to take the minutes and have in my office within 5 working days so
that we can meet the required deadline set by the State of Minnesota.
