SUBJECT: CITY HALL RELOCATION
A number of issues are coming to a conclusion and a number of
decisions need to be made regarding the relocation of the City
Hall and Police Department to its new facility. The issues
involved include establishing the actual date for beginning
operation in the new facility; the closing of City Hall for a
day or two to relocate; the substantial completion date of the
building; the delivery and set up of the offices; hiring a
moving firm to "move" City Hall; and the hiring of the
necessary new clerical employees.

The issues involved with the City Hall relocation include a lot
of "if this happens, then this happens next" type of
situations. With many qualifying conditions, this type of
situation is difficult to discuss on paper and it is more
appropriate that we simply discuss all of the issues related to
this situation at the meeting on February 8.
