Dear Commissioners:
On Wednesday, January 20th, 1993, the "Lighting Committee" which
consists of Commissioner George Zabee, utilities Foreman Glen
Sundeen, and I met to discuss placement of street lights for 1993.
As authorized by the utilities Commission, we selected fifteen (15)
locations for consideration as sites for the placement of new
street lights or change over from a security light to a street
light. One of the fifteen security lights we selected has been
labeled as 'optional'; our rationale is that this one wouldn't be
installed until late 1993. If some other location is identified
during the course of 1993 that warrants immediate action, we would
be able to accommodate that need~ The optional site would then be
delayed until 1994.
