SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting of the Elk River City Council has been
called by Mayor Hank Duitsman. The meeting will be held
at the Elk River Municipal Utilities Plant, 1705 Main Street,
on Wednesday, February 17, 1993, at 6:00 p.m. This will
be a joint meeting of the Elk River City Council and Elk
River Utilities Commission, The purpose of the meeting is
to discuss the financing of a water tower and well to be
located in the northeastern part of the urban district of
. the City of Elk River.
