5.2. Review Planning Commission Rules and Procedures
Don Spotts, Planning Commission Representative, reviewed the amended
version of the Elk River Planning Commission rules and procedures with
the City Council.
Pat Klaers, City Administrator, suggested that the Council delay action
officially adopting the rules and procedures until the newly appointed
and elected Planning Commission and City Council members are in
office. It was the consensus of the City Council to delay action on
this item at this time.
