SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO THE
PLAT OF HIDDEN CREEK COUNTRY
ESTATES
A minor error was found on the plat of Hidden Creek Country
Estates. One distance along lot lines is incorrect. Staff is
in receipt of a request from John Oliver & Associates for a
correction of this error.
Minnesota Statutes 505.174 states that corrections must be
approved by the City as the local governing unit. This can be
done by a simple motion. Staff will describe the change at the
Monday night meeting.
