LIBRARY ANNUAL REPORT

The Library Annual Report is scheduled to be presented to the
City Council at this 3/22/93 meeting. Attached for your review
is the 1992 Library Annual Report. I believe everyone has the
Project Proposal for the Library Expansion that was accepted by
the City Council in 1992, but if not, this document is enclosed
for the three newly elected officials as I am sure this is
going to be part of the presentation and discussion.
It is timely that the Library Annual Report take place at this
meeting as we will be discussing Capital Improvement Program
items later in the ~eeting and a library expansion project is
on the list of potential projects.
