Introduction
Renewal of liquor license for wine and 3.2 percent on-sale malt liquor and strong beer for Larose's Pizza
& Pasta for 2006-2007 licensing year.
Discussion
Liquor licenses run from July 1 duough June 30. On Ivlay 15, Council approved the annual renewals with
the exception of Larose's Pizza & Pasta \vho had not submitted the appropriate documentation and
licensing fees. (per our Ordinance Section 6-70: i\pplications for rene\val of all licenses under this
division shall be made at least 60 days prior to dle date of expiration of the license and shall contain such
information as is required by! the city clerk.) Recently all of the information was received and the
background check passed.
Financiallmoact
The licensing fee is put into tile General Fund.
