A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL
CORPORATE LIMITS
WHEREAS, plans for Project SAP 71-601-21 showing proposed alignment, profiles grades and
cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of County
State-Aid Highway No.1 within the limits of the City as a State Aid Project have
been prepared and presented to the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
that said plans be in all things approved.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of June, 2006.
