RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all CIV1C groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2006 from various
individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River
that the donations on the attached Exhibit A are accepted in accordance with the terms
prescribed by the donors.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 5th day of June. 2006.
