Introduction
Library schematics and building design.
Discussion
KKE Architects will present information on building design and schematics for the new Elk River
Library. KKE has been meeting regularly with the Library Board. In addition, KKE is working with a
building committee, comprised of the city administrator, park director, city planner, building official, and
environmental administrator.
Financial Impact
The schematic package is currendy being reviewed by a cost estimator. Pricing information will be
available at the June 19, City Council meeting.
