Attached for your information is the memo from Phil Hals that
was provided to the Commission for its March meeting on the
"Adopt a Park" program. At the March meeting, the Commission
endorsed the idea of this program and indicated that it will
formalize a plan at a future meeting with additional input from
staff. I am not sure how much discussion this topic will get
at the joint meeting, especially when considering that Phil
Hals will not be in attendance and the length of the agenda.
