Maier stewart & Associates Inc. . DAlE: April 7, 1993 JOB NO.: FAX TO: Gary Dulam (218) 828-2110 FAX FROM: Terry Maurer # OF PAGES: (INCLUDING COVER SHEET) MESSAGE: The City of Elk River has been approached by a developer to purchase the parcel of land immediately north of the Mn/DOT facility on T.H. 169. The developer's intended use would be single family residential. . Prior to negotiating with this developer the City is wondering if Mn/DOT has any plans for expansion of their facility which may require the acquisition of additional land. The City's property is approximately 5 acres in size. The City is interested in getting a definite '!yes" or "no" answer as quickly as possible. However, a "yes" answer certainly does not commit Mn/DOT to acquiring the City's property. A "no" will tell the City that selling to the developer will not put Mn/DOT in a pinch later relative to the size of their facility. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience to discuss this. Faxed copy to: Pat K1aers, City of Elk River ;.: IF YOU EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS IN RECEIVING THIS FACSIMILE, CONTACT OUR OFFICE AT .
