STANDARDS (LENGTH OF DEAD-END
ROADS) BY THE CITY OF ELK
RIVER/PUBLIC HEARING/CONTINUED
Due to the length of the Planning Commission agenda in March,
the Planning Commission was unable to discuss this ordinance
amendment. Staff anticipates the Planning Commission
recommendation on this subject being presented to the Council
in May. The topic originally was on the length of dead-end
roads, but has been expanded to include how to deal with future
extensions of temporary cul-de-sacs and when to allow
cul-de-sacs in general.
