SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
I, John Dietz, Vice Mayor of the City of Elk River, hereby
note that a special meeting of the Elk River City Council has
been called by the City Council. This special meeting will be
held on Saturday, April 24, 1993, at 8:00 a.m. at the Elk River
City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the
following engineering items:
