SUBJECT: WORK SESSION AGENDA MEMO
A special City Council meeting is scheduled for Saturday
morning, April 24, 1993, at 8:00 a.m., in the City Hall
Conference Room. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss
City Engineering items. The agenda includes a discussion on
the storm drainage proposal, especially the drainage area east
of Dodge Avenue, a review of the Transportation Plan, and a
review of the Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion proposal.
Originally we had planned to discuss the proposed changes in
the Assessment Manual, however, due to the anticipated time
required to review the other three engineering issues, it does
not appear feasible to have the meeting adjourned by noon and
also discuss the Assessment Manual changes. We will have to
discuss the Assessment Manual changes at another City Council
meeting.

The Master Transportation Plan has already been distributed for
your review. Please bring this document to this meeting.
Attached for your review is some information from the City
Engineer on the storm drainage plan. Also attached is some
material on the Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion proposal
and a memo on the improvements that are needed at the Highway
10 lift station.
