The Church of St. Andrew is requesting a temporary on-sale liquor license for their annual Parish
Festival.
Discussion
The church's annual Parish Festival will be held on September 17,2006. The event takes place in the
church parking lot at 554 - 4th Street. The church has submitted all application materials required by the
city.
