The applicant has applied for a pyrotechnic display license for July 4, 2006, to light a large ftreworks
display at the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored Independence Day community event at
Lake Orono Park.
Discussion
The ftre chief has reviewed and approved the site plan. All of the required application materials and fee
have not yet been submitted.
