SUBJECT: PEDDLER LICENSE, DENNIS BOLLES
Dennis Bolles has made application to sell ice cream novelties
from a van. The name of his employer is "Blue Bell Ice
Cream." The Chief of Police has signed off on the required
background check. Mr. Bolles has submitted the necessary
license information and license fee.
Mr. Bolles received a license from the City last year to sell
the same product. As far as I am aware, the City did not
receive any complaints at that time.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve a peddler license for Mr. Dennis Bolles which
would allow him to sell ice cream novelties from May 18 -
September 15.
