SUBJECT: MEETING DATES
The City Council concurred with the Park and Recreation
Commission's request to change the meeting date .from the first
Wednesday to the second Wednesday of each month. The City
Council felt it was appropriate that the Park and Recreation
Commission review the plats prior to Planning Commission
meetings so that the Planning Commission can be informed of the
Park and Recreation Commission's recommendations on the plats.
Due to this decision, the next Park and Recreation Commission
meeting will be held on Wednesday~ June 9, 1993.
