6.4 - Lawful Gambling - St. Andrew's Catholic Church
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for an exemption
from lawful gambling license. This license will allow the
activities of bingo, raffles, and pull-tabs. The gambling
activities will take place on August 15, which is the date of
the annual parish festival.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Council authorize the issuance of an
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for the Church of st.
Andrew.

6.5 - Temporary 3.2% Beer License
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for a temporary
(one day) 3.2% Beer license. The sale of beer will be held in
conjunction with the annual parish festival to be held on
August 15, 1993. The Church of St. Andrew has submitted the
fee and the certificate of insurance for this license.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that Council approve the temporary 3.2 beer
license for the Church of St. Andrew.
