SUBJECT: TEMPORARY 3.2% BEER LICENSE FOR
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE/4TH OF JULY
FESTIVAL
The Chamber of Commerce has made application for a temporary
3.2% on-sale beer license. The request is for a one-day
license which will be used in conjunction with the annual 4th
of July celebration. In the past the Council has waived the
license fee for this event. The license fee is $20.00. The
Chamber is requesting that the Council consider waiving this
fee once again.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that Council approve the temporary 3.2 beer
license for the Chamber of Commerce 4th of July celebration.
