SUBJECT: HIGHWAY 101 PROJECT
Terry Humbert, Project Engineer from MnDOT for the Highway 101
project, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to
update the Council on the status of the Highway 101 project. I
have asked Terry to focus his discussion on the Highway 10 and
Highway 101 interchange area, along with the new bridge that is
scheduled to be constructed. Terry will also be prepared, as
desired by the Council, to discuss the signalization of Highway
101 between Elk River and Interstate 94 along with the
timetable for the construction of various components of the
improvement project.
