FACILITY
I have requested quotations on the sod installation at the new
City Hall/Police facility from four sodding companies and have
received the following responses:

(Highland Sod)
It is my recommendation that the City Council accept the
quotation of Model Landscaping for a price of $1.00 per square
yard. They are a reliable and well established company with
good references.

SUBJECT: SOD QUOTES
Late Thursday afternoon, I received a quote on the City Hall
sod from Perl Sod, Inc., of Elk River. Perl's quote was
$1.18/sy to furnish and install peat sod with an additional
$.03/sy for an application of fertilizer.
My recommendation stands to accept the quotation from Model
Landscaping.
