SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST TO
CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A BUS
TERMINAL BY JOHN WEICHT/PUBLIC
HEARING, CASE NO. CU 93-13
The applicant, John Weicht, Post Office Box 368, Elk River, is
requesting a conditional use permit to construct and operate a
bus terminal in II/Light Industrial zone. The terminal will be
for Dickenson Bus Company.
The site plan provided by the applicant did not contain enough
detail for Planning Commission review, therefore, they
continued this request until their June 22, 1993, meeting.
This will give the applicant an additional amount of time to
complete the site plan and other information requested.
Staff recommends the Council open the public hearing and
continue it until their July 19, 1993, meeting to be held at
Elk River city Hall, starting at 7 p.m.
