ALLOW THE SALE OF TRUCK BOXES IN
A C3 ZONE BY METRO TRUCK EQUIP./
PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. CU 93-14
The applicant, Metro Truck Equipment, 15683 Jarvis Street, Elk
River, is requesting a conditional use permit to allow sales of
truck boxes and van bodies in C3 zone.
The Planning Commission tabled this issue until the applicant
provides more detail. The applicant has an engineer working
it, but it will not be ready for another month. Staff
recommends the Council open the public hearing and continue it
until their August 16, 1993, meeting to be held at the Elk
River City Hall, beginning at 7 p.m.
