SUBJECT: DISCUSSION REGARDING A DRIVEWAY
IN THE PLAT OF ROBINSDALE
During final plat review of the plat of Robinsdale, the City
Council directed staff to research the issue of a driveway for
one of the lots being able to access onto Meadowvale Road,
which is a County road. The County Engineering Department did
not change their requirement that this lot not access onto
County Road 32. A driveway from this lot can access Vale, a
City street, and avoid cutting trees to do so. Staff
recommends the stipulation placed on this plat requiring the
driveway to access the City street remain as approved.
