SUBJECT: CHIN YUEN SET-UP LICENSE
Chin Yuen Restaurant has made application for a Set-up
License. The Minnesota Liquor Control Division issues set-up
licenses, but the City Council must first grant authorization
for this license.
Chin Yuen has had a set-up license in previous years.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize a set-up
license for Chin Yuen Restaurant.
