CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A BUS
TERMINAL BY JOHN WEICHT/PUBLIC
HEARING, CASE NO. CU 93-13
At the June 21st meeting, the City Council continued the public
hearing on this item until July 19th. Unfortunately, Mr.
Weicht has not provided adequate information for staff and
Planning Commission review. One last extension will be given
before the applicant is asked to withdraw the request and
re-notify the public.
This item is scheduled for Planning Commission consideration on
August 24th. Therefore, it is recommended the City Council
continue the public hearing until September 20, 1993.
