Mr. James Fitchie has madr application for a peddler's license.
The license will allow him to sell ice cream and pop from a
vending truck within the City of Elk River.
All information including application and license fee has been
received from Mr. Fitchie. A background check has been done by
the police department and the Police Chief has signed off on
the application.
The City Ordinance requires Council approval for all transient
merchants and peddlers operating in the City of Elk River.
