SUBJECT: AUTHORIZE PROPOSAL TO AN
INDUSTRIAL PROSPECT
INTRODUCTION
Earlier in the evening on August 23, 1993, the Elk River
Economic Development Authority will meet to consider the
specifics of a proposal to an industrial prospect. Assuming
positive action by the EDA, it would be in order for the City
Council to affirm the specifics of the proposal.
ACTION REQUESTED
The City Council is asked to affirm the specifics of the
proposal to the industrial prospect and authorize the Mayor to
execute a letter to the prospect on behalf of the City.
