SUBJECT: BINGO LICENSE FOR CHURCH OF ST.
ANDREW
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for a license to
operate bingo. The license, which is called an "Exemption frQm
Lawful Gambling" is issued by the Minnesota Department of
Gaming. The City is offered the opportunity to recommend
approval or denial of the application. This recommendation
will be passed on to the Minnesota Department of Gaming.
ACTION REQUESTED:
The Council is requested to either approve or deny the
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for the Church of st.
Andrew.
