SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST

CASE NO. CU 93-13
This particular item has been continued in the past by the City
Council due to lack of information. Recently, I spoke with Mr.
Weicht relative to the status of this project. Mr. Weicht's
option agreement with the property owner has expired,
therefore, without the "fee owners" consent this application is
no longer valid.
The Planning Commission recommended denial of the conditional
use permit request based on an incomplete and invalid
application.
