SUBJECT: TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 LIFT STATION AND
SANITARY SEWER BID
Terry Maurer presented the Trunk Highway 10 lift station and
sanitary sewer bids to the Council on September 11. Terry
Maurer informed the Council that the low bidder, LaTour
Construction, was requesting to withdraw their bid because of
an error. LaTour Construction also requested that their bid
bond be returned. The Council tabled this issue so that Terry
could meet with Latour Construction to further discuss the
issue.
Terry Maurer will update the Council on this issue at Monday
evenings meeting.
