There are five Mondays in November, 1993. The Mayor will be gone for all of the
November meetings and the first meeting in December. Councilmember Farber has
advised me that he may have problems attending the November 1, 1993, meeting which
would leave only three Councilmembers in attendance.
At this time, there are no public hearings scheduled for November 1, and the agenda is
open.
The November 8 meeting is the Economic Development Authority night.
The November 15 meeting is the Building and Zoning and Planning public hearing night.
e At this time, the agendas for the November 22 and November 29 meetings are open.
Based on the fact that there are five Mondays in November, the agenda for 11/1 is open at
this time, and that only three members may be available for the November 1 meeting, it is
suggested that the City Council cancel this regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
