In the 1994 budget, I have identified the need for a
reversible snow plow for our Caterpillar front-end loader.

I would request that the City Council authorize the purchase of
a Falls Model TER-12 plow that is manufactured in Little Falls,
Minnesota and sold by Ziegler, Inc., for the sum of $5,300.00.
By ordering now, we can take delivery on about January 1, 1994.
