SUBJECT: SPECIAL ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT
As required by Minnesota Statutes, the City Council is asked to
approve the reapportionment of special assessments on two
parcels which have recently been split.
The first reapportionment is for the new Robbinsdale plat. The
original parcel, 75-128-3300, had an assessment of $11,541.18
for the 1992 Westwood Improvements. That assessment is being
reapportioned to the three new parcels as follows:

The second parcel with assessments to be reapportioned is
75-127-1400, owned by Richard and Anita Foster. The parcel is
located along Highway 169 and 193rd Avenue next to the Hillside
Estates plat. The parcel had two assessments, $26,956.36 for
the 1992 Hillside Estates improvements and $8,052.17 for the
1981 sanitary sewer interceptor improvements. These
assessments are being reapportioned as follows:
