OVERLAY
Attached is a copy of the final pay estimate to Alber
Construction, Inc., for work completed on the 165th street
overlay and Jarvis Street overlay projects. The final
construction cost is $60,556.28, which is approximately 19%
under the City Engineer's estimate.
Terry Maurer has inspected the work on these projects, reviewed
the pay estimate and recommends payment to the contractor in
the amount of $60,556.28. Release of this payment should be
contingent upon receipt of the Certificate of Substantial
Completion and the IC134 forms. As soon as I have received
those, I will release the check to Alber Construction, Inc.
