DATE:
A long and involved process is finally ready to come to a
conclusion. The City Council and representatives of UPA agreed

attorneys for both groups have finally worked out all of the
details of the transaction, a Purchase Agreement has been
signed, and a plat has been approved for this property in order
to convey land to UPA. A final step for the City Council is to
approve the attached resolution finalizing this land sale and
authorizing City representatives to sign the necessary
documents related to the Purchase Agreement.
