TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN COUNTY DITCH NO. 28 IN SHERBURNE
COUNTY:
YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That the
Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will be discussing
County Ditch #28 and a possible redetermination of benefits,
according to M.S. 103E.351, on December 22, 1993 at 1:30p.m.
in the Commissioners' Room, at the Government Center, 13880
Highway 10, Elk River, Minnesota.
Your property was considered benefitted by Ditch #28 and
is assessed accordingly anytime repairs.or maintenance are
charged against the ditch.
If the County Board decides to go ahead with this
project, the cost is estimated "at approximately $20,000.
These charges would be assessed to properties according to
the new benefits schedule calculated from the viewers'
report.
