Berkley Risk Services, Inc. is the Third Party
Administrator for the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust, of which the City of Elk River is
a participant.
They have conducted an investigation into the
allegations of the claim involving your client,
Mr. Patrick DeMars, and as a result of said
investigation, must respectfully decline your
client's claim.
The investigation disclosed that the City was not
negligent, nor were they responsible for the water
that entered your client's rental property.
