These projects are Heritage Landing, Cherryhill Bluffs, and Mississippi Oaks Phase I. This delay is recommended to protect the final improvements from home construction activity this winter. All contract bid prices shall remain in full effect for 1994 paving, so these change orders do not increase the cost of the paving. Please contact either Terry Maurer or me if you have any questions.
