SUBJECT: CONSIDER RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL
FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ELK PARK
CENTER
ISSUE
At this time, the preliminary plat has not been finalized to
coincide with the adjustments made to the site plan presented
to the City Council on December 13, 1993. Therefore, a
resolution approving preliminary plat for Elk Park Center,
along with necessary conditions, will be brought back to the
City Council at a later date.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the City Council continue consideration of
the resolution approving perliminary plat for Elk Park Center
until the January 18, 1994, City Council meeting.
