It would be appropriate for the City Council to also consider a resolution formally authorizing the preparation of the feasibility study. The work we have done to date as authorized by motion of the City Council. As such, it does not represent the formal authorization of a feasibility study. I have attached a draft resolution for the City Council's consideration. The feasibility study will not only deal with the issues already presented at the December 13th meeting, but also sanitary sewer, water, and internal street improvements, along with cost, funding scenarios, and timing relative to the phasing of the Elk Park Center development. If you have any questions regarding this, please call. Sincerely, MSA, CONSULTING ENGINEERS &t!~ TJM:tp Attachment 152-1508.dec RESOLUTION 93 - .
