The Refuse Appeal Board is comprised

Councilmember Larry Farber.

The Council representatives on this Appeal Board in the past
have been as follows: Roger Holmgren in 1991; John Dietz in
1992; and Larry Farber in 1993.
It has been past practice to appoint a Council representative
to the Refuse Appeal Board on a yearly basis.

ACTION REQUESTED
If is is the Council's desire to continue with past practice,
the Council should either reappoint Councilmember Farber or
appoint another member of the Council to this Board for 1994.
