SUBJECT: CALL SPECIAL MEETING FOR 1/10/94
INTRODUCTION
At the December 20 Council meeting, the issue of Tax Increment
Financing for the EDA Main Street Redevelopment Site was
tabled. At that meeting it was the consensus of the Council
that this item be brought back for further discussion on
January 10.
Because January 10 is

Motion to call a special Council meeting on January 10, 1994,
at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk River City Hall for the
purpose of considering Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax
Increment Financing District No. 12.
