When determining a winner, the Council should

Flags containing a large number of different colors will

I will contact the winner and have them appear before the
Council at a future meeting to receive the $100 gift
certificate and a flag. It takes four to six weeks to receive
the finished product. Flags will run about $75 - 100 each.
The Council should be considering how and where these flags
will be used. If the Council has some definite ideas, please
feel free to either discuss them at the Council meeting or with
me at a future date.
ACTION REQUESTED
I would suggest that
their top three choices
gets the most votes
then the Council should

on the attached ballot. The flag that
will be the winner. If there is a tie,
revote for those that tied.
